Application privacy notice
Updated 26 September 2026
Solace Consulting LLC operates Solace and is responsible for the application information you share with us. This notice explains how the website collects and delivers your information for recruitment review.
What you share
The application asks for your preferred name, WhatsApp number, country, adult-content experience, weekly availability, and two to four recent, clear photos of yourself, including a face-visible portrait and a fully clothed full-length photo. You confirm that you are an adult, that the photos are yours to submit, and that you agree to recruitment processing. Email, public social profiles, and notes are optional. We also record the submission time, form language, and any campaign tags in the page address to understand where applications come from.
Only submit non-explicit photos of yourself. Do not send nudity, intimate images, identity documents, or photos of other people. Applications are for women aged 18 or older. Photo previews stay in the page until you submit; selecting a file does not upload it.
Your age check
Your date of birth is sent to our website server to calculate your age and check that you are at least 18. We save the calculated age with your application, not your date of birth. This initial check does not verify your identity; age and identity verification happen separately before onboarding.
Why we use your information
Submitting the form asks Solace to review your application and photos and contact you, primarily through WhatsApp, about a potential creator partnership. Your country, experience, availability, and photos help the team review your application and discuss a suitable arrangement. An application does not create a contract or require you to accept an offer. Submitting photos for recruitment does not give permission to publish them or use them in advertising.
The team reviews applications and photo suitability. The website checks image format, size, and dimensions, not identity, attractiveness, or the quality of your appearance. It does not use facial recognition or automatically select applicants from their photos. You can contact us to withdraw your application or stop further contact.
Where applications are stored
Vercel hosts the website. Application details and photos are sent over HTTPS through our server to Solace’s Airtable recruitment database for review and follow-up. Photos are resized and re-encoded, with embedded metadata such as camera and location tags removed before being stored in the Pictures attachment field. The website reports success only after the record and every required photo are acknowledged as saved. The application form does not publish your photos or record. Vercel also counts page visits and form steps anonymously, without cookies and without your details, so we can see where the form can be improved.
Vercel and Airtable may process information outside your country. Their privacy notices are linked below. Solace manages database access through its Airtable workspace.
Retention and your requests
Application records and photo attachments remain in our recruitment database for review and follow-up until the team deletes them. A failed or interrupted submission may leave a partial record or some photos saved; contact us before resubmitting if the result is unclear. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your application and photos, withdraw it, or stop contacting you by emailing the address below. We may ask for enough information to identify your application before acting on a request.
Technical information
The hosting service processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website. The application endpoint temporarily uses the requesting IP address for abuse prevention. The website does not currently use advertising pixels. Our code does not write application details or photos to application logs or send them to advertising platforms.
