How OnlyFans agencies work and what they actually do

An OnlyFans agency runs the business side of your page: promotion, messages with fans, pricing and leak protection. In return it takes a percentage of what your page earns, often around half. You still make the content, and the account is still yours.

What they usually do

A full management agency covers most of this:

  • Promotion on Instagram, TikTok, Reddit and X, sometimes paid ads, to send people to your page
  • Chatting: a team answers your fans, sells paid messages (PPV) and handles custom requests
  • Pricing for your subscription, your PPV and your customs
  • Content planning: what to shoot, when to post, what sells
  • Protection: finding leaked content and fake profiles and getting them taken down

The part nobody tells you: chatters

Most agencies, Solace included, use chatters. These are people on the team who write to your fans in your style. Fans usually think they are talking to you.

If that bothers you, say it before you sign. Ask who writes, in what language, what they are allowed to say, and what happens when a fan asks for something outside your limits.

How they get paid

Almost always with a percentage of what your page earns. OnlyFans keeps 20% first. The agency's cut then comes out of what's left, or out of the full amount, depending on the contract. That detail changes a lot, so ask.

An agency that asks you to pay to join is a different business. Walk away.

What you still do

You make the photos and videos. You post, or approve what gets posted. You stay reachable so the team can plan with you. Nobody can create your content for you, and a good agency never pushes you past what you agreed to.

Not all agencies are the same

Some do everything. Some only do chatting. Some only do marketing. Some are one person with a lot of confidence. Ask exactly who does what and how many people work on your page.

Your accounts

The agency needs some access to your OnlyFans to chat and post. That's normal. Taking your passwords and changing them is not. Neither is putting your accounts in their name. Who owns what, and what happens to access when you leave, belongs in the contract.
